A labor of love & years of skills were involved in making this piece.
…Twisted sterling silver wires are tipped with teardrops of freshwater pearls, some nestled into silver tulip caps, waxed orange blossom buds, light & catching set rhinestones are wrapped by hand with silk tulle. …Soft floral posies at the sides are made of hand pressed habotai silk, vintage pearl stamens & bits of French Alencon lace.
… The back of the wire is wrapped with silk tulle & highlighted with freshwater pearls wound with sterling wire.
…The inner diameter of the halo is 22 ½” to fit across the forehead of most head sizes. The wire is soft & bendable to change the shape.
This beautiful placed onto of or underneath a silk tulle circle veil.
…Available in off white or ivory silk tulle with silver as shown.
