Payments
You may safely pay with your Visa or master card thru PayPal.
Taxes are applied within the state of California. All shipments outside of California you are responsible for claiming the sales tax.

Shipping
Orders are shipped complete within 1 to 4 days of receipt of payment. I do try very hard to keep all gems in my website in stock but if a gemstone is not in stock your order will be back ordered or a partial shipment will be made. Within the United States your order will arrive by post first class mail beautifully package ready to be treasured which takes 2 to 4 days shipping days…

…All orders outside the United States will arrive by post first class mail which takes 7 to 12 days…

Refunds and Exchanges
I do want you to be happy with your purchase...I guarantee my work & will always honor repairs if needed …
If changes are needed to make this happen I am happy to make alterations or exchange the merchandise...
Request for refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise...
There will be no charge for repairs if the fault is mine. However, if you're a piece is damaged by wear or tear there will be a minimal charge for materials & postage...
If a mistake is made on my side, return postage will be mailed to you & the mistake will be corrected at once...
